What is our exchange and return policy?

This is where refunds and/or exchanges must be started.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned unharmed, unwashed, and unused.
Exchanges are only possible when asking for a different size of the same product. Refunds are given to the original payment method used to place the order.
After the shipment reaches our warehouse, all returns and exchanges are handled within a week.

If you have received a refund, it will typically appear in your account five to ten business days after it has been processed. Please get in touch with your bank if there are any delays in the return of the monies to your account. What happens if my products are flawed or broken?

Please send an email to admin@crtzsite.com to contact our Fan Support. Make sure to provide a photo of the merchandise you received along with your confirmation number.

Orders may be canceled 24 hours after they are placed. On this cancelation, there will be a 4.99.00 USD restocking fee.

Order cancelation is not guaranteed at any time, and we retain the right to proceed with order processing. Order cancellations can be sent to admin@crtz.ltd via email.

Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of the original order.

You cannot get a refund except if you have the following case:

Your order is not delivered at all.
The order you placed was placed less than a day ago!
Should the merchandise you receive not match your order, you have 30 days to return it to us. Please tell us if your product has any flaws, and we will replace it.
